Correction policy
Accuracy beats pretending to know everything.
Prices, promotions, service areas, and provider brands change. We keep sources and dates so corrections can be reviewed against official evidence.
What makes a useful correction
- The provider and plan name
- The ZIP or neighborhood affected
- What appears incorrect
- An official provider page or broadband label
- The date the information was observed
How corrections are handled
A correction should be checked against an official source before the public catalog changes. Material changes should retain an audit history. Use the correction-note builder on the home page to prepare the details, then send them to hello@omahainternetguide.com. The builder opens a draft in your email app; you review and send it yourself.
